All apartments are sold with a built-in kitchen, built-in wardrobes in the hall and bedrooms, as well as fully equipped bathrooms. Also, for an additional fee, furnishing packages of pieces of furniture, textiles and small inventory are offered, which enables the future owner to move into a fully furnished apartment.

Apartment owners, including immediate family members, have certain benefits to the service and facilities at the resort:
- free use of SPA facilities (swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and gym)
- 25% discount on the prices of treatments and massages in the SPA center
- 15% discount on prices of beach furniture
- 15% discount on food and beverage services in the hotel and on the beach

Given that the apartments are located in the residential part, which is an integral part of the hotel, there is a possibility of a rental program. This program offers two ways of letting apartments, namely: long-term and short-term.
Short-term rental (up to 90 days) is based on a 50%-50% profit sharing with the hotel. The program is flexible because it allows apartment owners to use the apartment with prior notice, a few weeks in advance so that the apartment is blocked for rent.
Long-term rental (a period longer than 90 days) is based on profit sharing of 35%-65% in favor of the owner. During the long-term lease, the owner cannot use the apartment for his own needs.

During the period while the apartment is in the rental program, the owners are exempt from utility costs (electricity, water and garbage). Also, the hotel bears all the costs of what is included for the guests when renting the apartment (cosmetics, cleaning, laundry, breakfast, administration, commissions to agents and others).

In case of participation in the rental program, the apartment must be equipped according to hotel standards, which is why an additional payment for furnishing the apartment at a price of approximately €30,000 is mandatory.

Apartment maintenance is charged €3.4+VAT per m2 apartment and €1.7+VAT per m2 terrace, on a monthly basis. Maintenance includes: reception, porter, 24-hour security, video surveillance, monitoring of all systems, housekeeping/cleaning, housekeeper, insurance and maintenance of common parts of the building and more.

By purchasing an apartment, you are entitled to a free mooring in the resort's marina for one year, and this right must be used within three years.

The complex has its own garage on level -1, which is connected by an elevator to each lamella or level of the complex. A garage parking space is charged additionally, at a price of €30,000.
